Gift cards are delivered by email and contain checkout redemption instructions. 

• Carla Zampatti Gift Vouchers are valid for three years from purchase date and can be redeemed online or at one of our Boutiques, NOT at David Jones concessions
• Vouchers can be reused on multiple orders until the balance reaches $0
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash nor can be purchased with a store credit or a coupon code
• Any order purchased with a gift card that a customer cancels or returns will be refunded onto the same gift card
