The Carla Zampatti Online Boutique ships worldwide, and shipping is complimentary for all orders within Australia above $499.

Please note: Delivery times may vary during busy periods and over the holiday season.

 

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

All domestic orders are shipped using Express Post.

Express Shipping - All our online orders are shipped using express post via Star-Track and Australia Post.

Free on all orders above $499.

For all orders under $499 shipping will be charged at a flat rate of $15.

 

Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday. Processing times for online orders may take up to 3 business days. Once orders are dispatched they will be with you between 1-3 business days, depending on where you are located.

 

To track the progress of your order, please consult your tracking code that will have been sent out by us at dispatch. If you have trouble locating your tracking number, please do not hesitate to contact customer care.

We ship internationally to most locations in the world.

For International shipments, we partner with Australia Post.

 

 

For New Zealand customers - shipping will be charged at a flat rate of $20.

For all other countries - shipping will be charged at a flat rate of $45. 

International delivery times will vary depending on unique processing procedures at ports of entry.

 

 

Please note that the cost of the garment and the shipping does not include any duties or taxes payable at the destination country.

RETURNS 

Conditions:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from receiving the purchase.
  • Merchandise must be in a saleable condition with all tags attached.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.
  • The original invoice as proof of purchase is to be provided.
  • Merchandise purchased at a David Jones Concession must be returned to a David Jones Concession.
  • If the item has been purchased in store, please return it to the store you have purchased it from.
  • Physical warehouse sale purchases are final. Stock cannot be refunded unless deemed faulty.

Carla Zampatti reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet return requirements.

We offer a full refund for every online purchase.

Please note there is no refund on shipping charges unless the item was faulty. If you prefer, you can elect to receive a credit note for the product value instead of a refund.

We recommend that an insured traceable method is used to ensure delivery. Carla Zampatti will not be held accountable for any damaged, missing or late incoming deliveries.

 

 

 

 

 

Returns can be sent to the Carla Zampatti head office:

1.   Read the Carla Zampatti Returns policy to check if your item is eligible for return.

3.   Choose whether you would like an exchange for another size, receive a credit note or refund.

4.   Pack all merchandise with your original invoice. 

5.   Please ship the item/s to:

6.   Your return will be assessed and if eligible, your refund/credit note/exchange will be processed. You will receive a notification when this occurs.

7.   For refunds, please allow 3-5 working days from the day we have processed this, for the funds to be deposited into your account.  

 

FREE return in store

 

Items purchased online or instore can be returned to any Carla Zampatti boutique (please note, Boutiques only, not David Jones Concessions).

1.   Read the Carla Zampatti Returns policy to check if your item is eligible for return.

2.   Bring your order confirmation or invoice with you to a Carla Zampatti boutique for proof of purchase.

3.   Your return will be assessed and if eligible, your refund, exchange or credit note will be processed. PLEASE NOTE: Head office will have to process this, so the store manager will notify Customer Care and it will then be processed the next business day.

4. For refunds, please allow 3-5 working days from the day we have processed this, for the funds to be deposited into your account.  

 

If your purchase was made in store, please bring it back to the store you have purchased it from. You can only exchange it or receive a credit note. There won’t be any refund unless the item is deemed faulty.

 

CANCELLATIONS/ORDER CHANGES

If you require alterations to your order or have incorrectly ordered an item or an incorrect size, please contact customer care immediately so that we can rectify the issue before your order is packed and sent to you.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

Sometimes our online stock levels may not reflect our inventory, and though this is a rare occurrence, this may mean that items may not be available at the time of purchase.

In the event of this happening, our customer care team will be in touch with you immediately to issue a full refund or find a suitable replacement.
