Same Day Delivery - only available on selected items and within 35km from our Waterloo Head Office. If eligible, the option will be displayed at checkout. |
Delivery cost is calculated at checkout and is based on distance. |
Orders placed before 11.30am Monday-Friday will be delivered on the same day. If placed after 11.30am or on a weekend/public holiday, they will be dispatched on the following business day. |

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship internationally with DHL to most locations in the world.
International delivery times will vary depending on unique processing procedures at ports of entry.
Our website displays prices in your local currency and once you are at checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any relevant shipping, duties, taxes and other customs fees.
For most countries, duties and taxes will be included in your order and we will pay them for you - there is nothing else you will need to pay to receive your order.
To track the progress of your order, please check the tracking code that we sent you at dispatch. If you have trouble locating your tracking number, please do not hesitate to contact customer care.

DOMESTIC RETURNS
We offer a full refund for every purchase made ONLINE unless it's marked "FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS". Items marked as FINAL SALE are only eligible for a refund if deemed faulty. FINAL SALE items can be exchanged for a different size of the same item pending availability of the desired size.
Please note, return shipping fees will not be covered by Carla Zampatti. There is no refund on shipping charges unless the item was faulty.
Purchases made in one of our Boutiques can be returned for either an exchange or a credit note, provided the item has not been worn, is returned within 14 days of purchase, and upon presentation of a receipt.
Conditions for returns:
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from receiving the purchase.
- Merchandise must be in a saleable condition with all tags attached.
- Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.
- For hygiene reasons, unfortunately we cannot offer returns on jewellery and contour pieces.
- The original invoice/order confirmation is to be provided as proof of purchase.
- Merchandise purchased at a David Jones Concession must be returned to a David Jones Concession. If purchased on David Jones website please contact David Jones Customer Service.
- Physical warehouse sale purchases are final. Stock cannot be refunded unless deemed faulty.
Carla Zampatti reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet return requirements.

Items purchased online or in boutiques can be returned to any Carla Zampatti boutique (please note, Boutiques only, not David Jones Concessions).

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We offer a full refund on all orders, provided the item is in a saleable condition with all tags attached, not worn, damaged, altered or washed. You'll need to start the return process within 14 days from receiving the purchase. Please note that we will deduct the shipping cost, along with custom fees, from the refund once it will be processed. Items marked as FINAL SALE are only eligible for a refund if deemed faulty. Please note there is no refund on shipping charges, unless the item was deemed faulty.

UK and Canadian shoppers are eligible for a full refund of Duties & Taxes on returns. Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain and Sweden customers are eligible for a refund on taxes but not duties. Please note that a small service fee is withheld for this service.
CANCELLATIONS/ORDER CHANGES
If you require alterations to your order or have incorrectly ordered an item or an incorrect size, please contact customer care immediately so that we can rectify the issue before your order is packed and sent to you.

ITEM AVAILABILITY
Sometimes our online stock levels may not reflect our inventory, and though this is a rare occurrence, this may mean that items may not be available at the time of purchase.
In the event of this happening, our customer care team will be in touch with you immediately to issue a full refund or find a suitable replacement.
