Click & collect is available on full-priced items only.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. We cannot guarantee same day fulfillment.

Click & collect orders can be returned to Carla Zampatti free-standing boutiques for a refund, exchange or credit note, as long as the usual returns and exchange requirements are met. Please refer to the Online returns and Exchanges policy above. Orders cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note at a David Jones concession store.
