TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive email notification. This email will contain your unique consignment number to track the status of your order, click on the link below and have your consignment number ready to track your order.

The shipping is trackable, to track your order please visit our Tracking page. A signature is required on delivery, if you are not at the delivery location at the time of delivery a note will be left to notify you of an attempted delivery, with instructions on collection.

If your country is not on the above list but you wish us to ship to you, please email us on customercare@carlazampatti.com.au and we will try to accommodate you. 

Please note that the cost of the garment and the shipping do not include any duties or taxes payable at the destination country. Please research the cost of duties and taxes before you make your purchase as these will not be refundable by us.
